Welcome to 2777sx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 2777sx ("2777sx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 2777sx.pro and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By creating a 2777sx account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game available on 2777sx, you confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and accept them without reservation; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 2777sx platform.

2777sx is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms must be read alongside the 2777sx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and 2777sx.

To register and maintain an active 2777sx account, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced through CNIC-based identity verification prior to any withdrawal.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where 2777sx does not hold a valid operating licence.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 2777sx or any of its affiliated group companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from 2777sx or any other licensed gaming platform where such exclusion extends to 2777sx under applicable regulatory requirements.

During the registration process, 2777sx collects personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the 2777sx platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, CNICs, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 2777sx login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
• All activity that occurs under your 2777sx account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 2777sx customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your Pakistani mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times.

2777sx will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 2777sx requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a regulatory requirement under 2777sx's international gaming licence. 2777sx reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or suspension of withdrawal facilities.

All financial transactions on the 2777sx platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2777sx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payments, and Cash OTC at authorised agent locations.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 2777sx wallet within 15 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business hour during normal banking hours.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account, unless a specific exemption is granted by the 2777sx compliance team following identity verification.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 applies across all withdrawal methods.
• Full KYC verification, including CNIC submission, must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• 2777sx reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals exceeding PKR 50,000, which may extend processing times by up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in the same name as the 2777sx account.

2777sx offers a range of bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — including PSL season-specific cricket betting promotions — to eligible account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and, where inconsistent, take precedence over these general Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all 2777sx promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 21 or over only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or retain bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn as real money, subject to withdrawal limits.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 2777sx account at any time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• 2777sx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage or hedging strategies to reduce wagering risk below thresholds acceptable under the promotion terms, or colluding with other users to exploit bonus structures — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The 2777sx sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, and other major sporting events available to Pakistani users. All bets placed on the 2777sx sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of an obvious pricing error, 2777sx reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the user's wallet.
• All sports bets are subject to the specific sport rules and event-level rules published in the 2777sx sportsbook at the time of the event.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. 2777sx reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise failing to reach the required completion threshold, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and market type.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per sport, and per account. These limits are displayed within the 2777sx sportsbook interface.

For casino games and slots, all titles available on 2777sx have been certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) data is published within each game and is available to all 2777sx users before they stake. The outcome of all certified slot and RNG table games is determined by independently audited random number generation and cannot be influenced by 2777sx or any third party.

2777sx is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. Gambling on 2777sx is intended as a form of entertainment only. It is not a reliable source of income, and no 2777sx user should gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 2777sx account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 2777sx account at any time via the account settings panel.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated session duration alerts can be configured to notify users after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and bets cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from 2777sx. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months and requires a mandatory review before reinstatement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2777sx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage over 2777sx or other users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 2777sx.
• Using the 2777sx platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live poker or live dealer games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the 2777sx platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain funds, credits, or other advantages not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.
• Creating multiple accounts, using false identity documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to 2777sx.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 2777sx customer support staff or other users of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2777sx platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, game titles, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2777sx or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2777sx platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 2777sx content without express prior written consent from 2777sx.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2777sx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 2777sx platform.

2777sx does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the platform. The 2777sx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall 2777sx's total aggregate liability to any individual user exceed the total net deposits made by that user to 2777sx in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 100,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted to 2777sx by Pakistani users is governed by the 2777sx Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also accept the 2777sx Privacy Policy in its entirety.

2777sx collects personal data — including CNIC details, contact information, financial data, and usage data — for the purpose of operating the platform, processing transactions, complying with KYC and AML obligations under its international gaming licence, and improving the user experience for Pakistani players.

2777sx employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains segregated storage for sensitive personal and financial data. 2777sx will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

You may close your 2777sx account at any time by contacting the 2777sx support team via live chat or email. Upon closure request, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and standard KYC verification.

2777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there is reasonable belief that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is imminent.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or AML-related activity.
• The account holder has provided false identity information or failed to complete required KYC verification.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory compliance risk to 2777sx under its international gaming licence.

2777sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 2777sx platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a regulatory obligation or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.

Your continued use of the 2777sx platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the 2777sx platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2777sx holds its international gaming licence.

In the first instance, any dispute between you and 2777sx should be directed to the 2777sx customer support team via live chat at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it will be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 2777sx's international gaming licence authority. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any mandatory statutory rights that Pakistani users may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
